Become a 60-Minute Wine Expert. Within one hour Randa teaches your group how to properly taste wine and provides some helpful insight into food and wine pairing basics. At the end of the session, plenty of time is allotted for questions guests may have regarding: saving leftover wine, eliminating red-wine headaches, proper storage temperatures of wines and others. This theme is wildly popular for wine enthusiasts at any level of wine appreciation. Randa’s new book called ’60-Minute Wine Expert-Taste Wine The Master’s Way’ is the perfect addition to this event. Randa signs all the books and this makes a very special addition to any wine gathering Randa conducts.
The Ever-Popular Wine and Cheese Tasting. Delicious artisan cheeses are paired with assorted wines for a simple but profound sensory experience in this one-hour session.
The Bubble Connection. Your group will enjoy a short educational discussion on Champagne/sparkling wines from around the world while learning to taste assorted bubbly wines. Add artisan cheese or appetizers to enhance this tasting.

Wine Parties can be customized to fit any gathering- whether it’s a corporate retreat, annual meeting, break-out session or birthday, anniversary, holiday party -- all can be easily designed around serving 3-4 appetizers, 3-4 wines and incorporating a mini-class on wine tasting and food pairing. To kick off or conclude a wine party, Randa specializes in sabering the cork off a Champagne bottle replicating the tradition of Napoleon.
